WHAT TO EXPECT

Appointments vary in length. The initial consultation will take approximately one hour, and future appointments will be determined after your decision to proceed with treatment. For patients with complex dental needs, a second appointment may be required to gather additional diagnostic records. A treatment plan with different options will be provided to you along with an estimate of the costs of treatment. We will also assist you with dental insurance pre-determinations to help calculate your coverage. Thorough explanations will be given and all your questions will be answered prior to beginning treatment.

FEES & PAYMENTS

The fees are based upon clinical and laboratory costs, with laboratory costs compromising a major component. In most cases, our highly skilled on-site dental technicians produce the restorations. Considerably more time is needed to produce a custom restoration with excellence. Although this does increase the cost to the patient, it also results in a better final outcome.

Payment for all dental services is due on the day they are provided. For procedures involving multiple appointments, payment will be divided into two equal payments: the first payment will be required when treatment is initiated and the second payment is due at the insertion appointment.

DIRECT BILLING

Please note that our office does not direct bill your insurance company. However, we will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf so that you may receive your eligible reimbursement. Generally, you will receive payment from your insurance company in two to three weeks’ time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an appointment is made, the time is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment we require at least two business days’ notice of cancellation, otherwise a charge may apply.
